Compact Robotic Case Packing
The EnSight case packer was designed from the start to deliver the picking speeds customers need but in a smaller footprint than anything else on the market.
Requires just 30sq feet of space while still packing up to 50 cases per minute.
The EnSight case packer features Stäubli hygienic robotics. As products travel down the custom EnSight convey, the Staubli robot(s) will quickly and accurately pick individual pieces and place them into the cases. The system is compatible with regular slotted containers (RSCs), tray cases and half-slotted containers.
The EnSight conveyor and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) will be designed and tailored to the product(s) being packaged.
If you want to reorient products before packing it, we can add a Oxipital AI camera system. The system will analyze each product as it travels down the line. With the correct orientation programmed in, it can direct the robot how to grab and reorient the product to meet your package design.
The entire system is wash-down capable.
