The all-new EnSight Log Loader can help food processors automate the act of moving packaged meat from further processing to the smoking/cooking station or to palletizing.
The machine can autoload smoked/cooked or raw deli logs up to 8’ long. When the logs reach the machine via conveyors, it will index 6 or 8 logs (depending on your preference) and load them into the racks until the racks are full. When the system sense empty racks, it will restart the process.
The entire system can be operated safely and efficiently by one team member, allowing you to reallocate team members to other areas.
